• Water

do to ease the pain is drink a glass of warm water instead of cold water. This
shall enhance squeezing and relaxation of the intestinal wall muscles. This

to a large extent.
• Lemon and Ginger
A particular combination of ginger with lemon will surely work a
miracle in the case of the bloated stomach. You can get a small portion of
ginger root and then slice into thin Julians. Next, you should take the juice
of a lemon in a small bowl by squeezing it. Next step is to soak the thin
ginger pieces in the lemon juice for almost one hour almost. Now you can eat

• Asafoetida
Asafoetida is another component which can relieve you of the

add a pinch of asafoetida in one glass of water, then drinking it. Another
remedial way is to mix – cardamom powder, dried ginger powder, black salt and
asafoetida in equal proportions in the small amount and keep it in a small

• Cinnamon
